Jesus Plus Nothing Equals Everything – Tullian Tchividjian
“I spend way too much time thinking about me and what I need to do and far too little time thinking about Jesus and what he has already done. And what I’ve discovered, ironically, is that the more time I focus on my need to get better, the worse I actually become.”

Now just to give a full balance view here are a couple of radio programs that talk more on this subject and a few sermons that may help as someone seeks a more biblical understanding of sanctification and what it is.
Kevin DeYoung and Rick Phillips give some critique to this sermon/book. Personally I think Kevin and Phillip do a great job addressing some important aspects to beware of here. Yet at the same time I think they jumped over the crowd Tullian is addressing this too with their presuppositions.

In addition to that Tullian had this interview as further elaboration of this sermon.

Overall this is a glimpse of a much wider conversation in the evangelical world. It actually is making its way off the scene as a main line discussion. But much has been said that has been very helpful.
